This project explores the daily inconveniences of encountering construction signs in London, which often disrupt pedestrians’ experiences.
The data related to these signs was analyzed through visual mapping, leading to the creation of a poster and a book. The book goes beyond being a mere collection of construction-related visuals, offering a design exploration of the patterns and characteristics of construction signs. By reinterpreting their meaning and form, the book aims to uncover the hidden aesthetics and rules behind these everyday elements. It reframes construction signs as artistic and creative objects, encouraging readers to reconsider the design of the environments they frequently encounter.
